Counselling

Counselling

Sometimes life can become overwhelming, when we feel we are no longer able to cope and need help with the issues that are affecting us. Sometimes we don’t even know what the problem might be no matter how hard we try.

Counselling is an effective way of finding out those answers by talking to someone who will listen and really try to understand what you are going through. By using their skills and knowledge they can help you to find the answers.

Some areas that we work with are:

Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationships, Bullying.

(This is not an extensive list, so please let us know what you wish to discuss when you contact us)

For Individuals and Couples

All of our counsellors are trained to a minimum diploma level and are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with a wide range of experience within private practice and the NHS.

We work with all age ranges as we have therapists trained in specialist areas – including child counselling, grief counselling, trauma therapy and relationship counselling/coaching.

We offer a confidential and safe environment for individuals and couples to come and explore their issues and find their way forward.
