Anger is an emotion that a lot of us feel in our lives from time to time but can cause an issue when it becomes unmanageable. We run a six week individual Anger Management course or an eight week group course in order to understand why anger can become an issue, and provide you with the tools to be able to manage it before it becomes a problem.
We also run workshops which are over two sessions for groups who want to know more about anger and ways in which it can be managed.
You can also just come along and see us for some counselling on a session by session basis to look at your issues if the course doesn’t seem to be suitable for you. We can discuss options when you contact us.
